DOCS CANCELLATION POLICY

Existing provisions of Reservation Agreement and Contract to Sell  state the grounds for the cancellation of buyers

Reservation/Contract and forfeiture of any previous payment/s which include.

  • failure to pay or remit any  (3)  consecutive monthly installment amortization.

  • failure to submit within the prescribed period any of the documents that may be required by PROFRIENDS

 ​or the financing institution.

  1. The prescribed period for submitting complete documents shall be 120 days from the date of Reservation, both  for local and overseas buyers. As  a general rule, no extension/s shall be granted.LOG shall have the sole  authority to grant any request for an extension

  2. Reminder letters shall be sent regularly to buyers, specifying deadline date/s  for submission of documents.pro -forma letters shall reflect the actual date.

  3. If the buyers fail to comply within this prescribed period, a notice of cancellation shall be issued  after 120 days .Thereafter, the buyers shall be given the standard 30 days period within which to comply, after which the unit shall be archived.

  4. All existing form/s of  documents shall be revised to indicate the 120 days timeline.
