K-12 Education
St. Edward School is a network of community schools inside Lancaster New City Cavite. LEIGHTON CLUB HOUSE
Leighton Hall, a three-storey countryside-inspired clubhouse with a grand ballroom. You and your guests can comfortably walk from the Church of the Holy Family to the Leighton Hall to celebrate the wedding reception. The Leighton Hall is also ideal for birthday parties and community gatherings as it also has an outdoor swimming pool and functions rooms.

Buckingham Ballroom – is in third floor of the clubhouse. Makes perfect venue for wedding receptions since it’s just a walk from the chapel. Size is 584 square meters with capacity of 250 persons in (banquet set-up) or 400 persons (theater set-up).

Swimming Pool Area – ideal for pool parties with the kids or enjoyable feast with the whole family. it has an area of 406 square meters with 250 person capacity. Features’ include a large pool, a kiddie pool, and separate shower areas for males and females.

Leighton Hall Lobby – has a size of 588 square meters with 250-person capacity (banquet set-up) or 400 people (theater set-up). The lobby at the ground floor has a small cafe where you and family can enjoy over a slice of cake or a cup of coffee.

Lancaster New City’s Church of the Holy Family is one of the most beautiful modern places of worship that you will find in Cavite. Its unique geometrical design clearly stands out and welcomes you and your guests to your very special day. It is also designed to be well-ventilated with an 800-seating capacity.
Aside from holding weddings, you and your family may visit the Church of the Holy Family for daily masses and other parish-related activities like the Simbang Gabi and Holy Week observances.

Suntech iPark is an Information Technology park (IT Park) located inside Lancaster New City Cavite in Imus Cavite, part of the master-planned 25-hectare commercial, business, and lifestyle district called Downtown Lancaster. As Cavite’s first Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) accredited Information Technology, Suntech iPark is own by Property Company of Friends (Profriends) to give Lancaster New City Cavite residents work opportunities closer to home. TRANSPORT HUB
Transport Journey Buses in Lancaster New City are already being equipped with a GPS to monitor their movement and allow the dispatch of additional units in case of a surge in demand or unforeseen delay in one of the vehicles. For added security, CCTV cameras are, likewise, being installed.
