No Income Tax Return, No Certificate of Employment, No Payslips. No bank requirements. No bank charges. No need for a Co-Maker even if you have no work. No bank approval needed. Maximum loan term is ten (10) years.

UTILITIES like Meralco installation & water connection are not part of the contract price. The buyer will be the one to apply for the Meralco meter base connection after move-in. Water connection is centralized and is processed at the engineering office within the project/site.
