IN-HOUSE FINANCING -Housing loans extended by Developer to buyers. Buyer will pay directly with Developer's Office. Advantages of this financing scheme is that it has the simplest and easiest documentary requirements. Tooltip - No interviews. No minimum salary requirements. No Income Tax Return, No Certificate of Employment, No Payslips. No bank requirements. No bank charges. No need for a Co-Maker even if you have no work. No bank approval needed. Maximum loan term is ten (10) years.

IN-HOUSE FINANCING TERMS

  • NO HIDDEN CHARGES. Transfer of Title cost is already included in the total contract price. Monthly amortization amount is already inclusive of MRI & fire insurances. Meaning the property is insured throughout the duration of the loan.

  • NO MOVE-IN FEES.  NO BANK CHARGES.

  • DEVELOPER ASSISTED BANK HOUSING LOAN.

  • UTILITIES like Meralco installation & water connection are not part of the contract price. The buyer will be the one to apply for the Meralco meter base connection after move-in. Water connection is centralized and is processed at the engineering office within the project/site.

  • NOT REFUNDABLE. Reservation, downpayment and amortizations are not refundable.

  • 8% INTEREST RATE. Interest rate will be based on prevailing bank rates.

  • HOME IMPROVEMENT. Can be made until the house/unit is turned over to the buyer

  • PAYSLIP (for OFW’s & locally employed)
