Deffered Payment

Spot Cash is when you pay the whole amount of the Total contract Price OF house model. No interest and lesser requirements plus you get big discount if you use this kind of payment.

  • NO HIDDEN CHARGES. Transfer of Title cost is already included in the total contract price. Monthly amortization amount is already inclusive of MRI & fire insurances. Meaning the property is insured throughout the duration of the loan.

  • NO MOVE-IN FEES.  NO BANK CHARGES.

  • DEVELOPER ASSISTED BANK HOUSING LOAN.

  • UTILITIES like Meralco installation & water connection are not part of the contract price. The buyer will be the one to apply for the Meralco meter base connection after move-in. Water connection is centralized and is processed at the engineering office within the project/site.

  • NOT REFUNDABLE. Reservation, downpayment and amortizations are not refundable.

  • 8% INTEREST RATE. Interest rate will be based on prevailing bank rates.

  • HOME IMPROVEMENT. Can be made until the house/unit is turned over to the buyer

  • PAYSLIP (for OFW’s & locally employed)

Qualification of BUYER

Age – You must be 21 years old but not more than 50 yrs old.

Citizenship – You must be a Filipino citizen.

  • You can buy even If you are now a citizen of other countries as long as you still use Philippine passport that is not expired.

  • You can still buy even if you are now a citizen of another country and holding a foreign passport as long as you have DUAL citizenship.

 

Work – You must be presently working in the company for at least 2 years, or you have other sources of income that has proof or evidence.

  • You are not working in war-torn countries.

Civil Status – You’re not separated to your legal husband/wife.

  • You can still buy even if you’re separated as long as you have an annulment paper or if your husband/wife is willing to sign the loan documents.

  • You can still buy even if you are divorced as long as you were not married in the Philippines and have divorce papers.

  • If you were married in the Philippines and divorced in other countries, you must have a divorce and annulment papers.

Salary or Income – Your combine gross salary or income. You will need a co-maker or co-borrower if your salary is less.

Legal Issues – You must not have an ongoing criminal or legal case.

Unpaid Credit Card – You can still buy even if you have a credit card that was unpaid as long as you paid them and have Certificate of Full Payment or Clearance from the credit card company.
