Bank Financing - Housing loans extended directly by accredited banks of the Developer. Buyer will pay the amortization with the Bank. Developer's office will process your loan with the following accredited banks: Metrobank (MBTC) Banco De Oro (BDO) United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB) Eastwest bank Chinabank PNB, Security Bank.

NO HIDDEN CHARGES. Transfer of Title cost is already included in the total contract price. Monthly amortization amount is already inclusive of MRI & fire insurances. Meaning the property is insured throughout the duration of the loan.

UTILITIES like Meralco installation & water connection are not part of the contract price. The buyer will be the one to apply for the Meralco meter base connection after move-in. Water connection is centralized and is processed at the engineering office within the project/site.
